    30L1P: Day 22

Of the course on the day where it’s beautifully sunny and finally warm, I wanted to do a dark smokey eye. What the heart wants ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ 1- all over the lid and blended towards the brow bone as a base. 2- blend this into the outer corners and into the center of the lid. Avoid the inner corners. This can be a light layer because we are going to build it up slowly. 3- with a very light hand, blend the black into the very outer corner. Go back and forth between 2 and 3 building up the color until it’s as deep as you want. I ended with 2…

    30L1P: Day 21

I got my allure beauty box in the mail and was immediately inspired by the lipstick (in color c211) that was included. A good mauvey lipstick is my jam, and this one is going to be a new favorite. I love to match the tones in my lips to my eyeshadows- it’s a simple way to pull everything together. 1- you know the drill by now 😉 All over the lid and up to the crease. 2- tap your brush into each color once and swipe al over the lid. Keep dipping once in each and blending until you get the color as deep as you want. 3- with your…

    30L1P: Day 20

Spring has sprung, right?!? Actually we ended up with some light snow yesterday so I’m not sure what the weather is but I’m dressing like it’s spring. 💐💐💐 This eye look is so easy, but it includes a great tip I love. If you go for an all matte shadow look, take just a bit of a glitter or shimmer shadow and tap it on the center of your lid with your finger. It will make your eyes pop! 1- mix these two colors as the base for the whole lid and blend it just above the crease. 2- use a light tap in each of these color and blend…

    30L1P: Day 19

Sometimes when I look at a palette the dark colors can make me so nervous. I imagine myself as a raccoon and it’s not a great look 😂 But in reality, the dark colors add so much to a palette because you can mix and match colors to make any look you want! You can also make new colors by mixing in darker or lighter shades. And you can add depth to your eyes and make your lashes look thicker with the dark shadows. Just use a light hand (seriously do just a tiny tap into the dark color you want to try) and build it up as you go.…

Pink and red aren’t just for Valentine’s Day. A perfect pairing to a red lip is a simple pink lip. Super sweet. And it’s simple too: 1- this color goes all over the lid, crease and up towards the brow bone. 2- pack this color all over the lid. You can even wet it if you want it to be more concentrated. 3- tap just a bit of this color on the center of the lid to add some dimension. Add your favorite red lip and you’re good to go! FAQs– I’ve received a few questions and I’ll just keep adding in answers here. Don’t hesitate to ask. There’s no…

    30L1P: day 15

I have to be honest, when I got this palette I thought I would never reach for the pukey yellow color. But… I actually love it! I think it helps to bring out the gold in my eyes 😍 Mixed with a deep green eyeliner it’s even more beautiful! 1- I mixed these two colors together and blended them into the crease and a bit above it. 2- I put the pukey yellow allll over the lid. 3- I deepened up the outer corner with a touch of this pretty brown 2- I then went back into the inner corners and deepened up the yellow just a touch. 30L1P: Day 13

Sometimes you just need a ba-bam look to go with dirty hair and a braid, you feel me? This looks complicated, but I promise it isn’t. Take your time really blending everything and add just a bit at a time and you’ll be fine. 1- add this all over the lid and into the crease 2- deepen up the crease and blend up into color 1 3- add this color into the crease and blend down on to the lid. 4- add this purple on the inner and outer corners, leaving the center of the lid bare. Keep piling this color on until you get it as dark as you…
